What kind of products do you sell?

Aurora Creations offers a mix of handmade art and curated gifts inspired by northern nature, creativity and storytelling.
Products currently include:

    ❅ Glass bead bracelets

Each item is either handmade or carefully curated by the artist.

Are your products handmade?

Many Aurora Creation items are handmade or artist assembled. Due to items being handmade, slight variations may occur. These small differences make each pieces unique.

Do you offer custom orders?

Occasionally, yes. If you are interesting in a custom order, please contact us before placing your order.

Will the item look exactly like the picture?

We do our best to photograph products accurately. However, small differences may occur due to:
    ❅ Handmade production
    ❅ Lighting and photography
    ❅ Screen color differences between devices
These differences are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.

Do all products contain preserved snowflakes?

No. While preserved snowflakes are a signature part of Aurora Creations, the shop also offers other handmade items. Products containing preserved snowflakes will always be clearly labeled.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Manitoba, Canada.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Most orders ship through Canada Post.
Tracking may be included depending on the shipping options selected.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within 10 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing time may be slightly longer.

How long does shipping take?

Typical shipping estimates within Canada:
    ❅ Manitoba : 1-4 business days
    ❅ Western/ Eastern Canada: 3-7 business days
    ❅ Northern/remote areas: may take longer
Shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time shipping is limited to Canada and for some items the US. International shipping may be added in the future.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. Aurora Creations is not responsible for postal delays but will help assist with tracking if needed.

 

Product Care

Are the cups dishwasher safe?

UV DTF cups are durable, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the design for as long as possible.
Avoid:
    ❅ Dishwashers
    ❅ Soaking
    ❅ Scrubbing the design directly

How should i care for the tote bags?

For heat transfer totes:
    ❅ Spot clean when possible
    ❅ Wash inside out in cold water if needed
    ❅ Air dry or tumble dry low
Avoid high heat on the design.

 

Blind Date with a Book

What is Blind Date with a Book?

Blind Date with a Book is a mystery book bundle where the title is hidden. Each bundle includes:
    ❅ A wrapped book
    ❅ Small Extras (such as bookmarks, highlighters, pens, stickers, etc.)
The goal is to discover a new book purely based on hints provided.

Are the books New?

Books may be new or gently used, depending on availability. All books are selected to be in good reading condition.

Can I chose a genre?

Yes. Genre options may include:
    ❅ Romance
    ❅ Fantasy
    ❅ Thriller
    ❅ Young Adult
    ❅ Surprise/Mixed
Selections will be based on genre chosen.

 

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of many items, returns are not generally accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
    ❅ Photos of the item
    ❅ Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to find a solution.

A note about our UV DTF cup designs: Some of our earlier designs were sourced from third party design suppliers. As Aurora Creations grows we are transitioning towards artist created designs and artwork whenever possible. To make room for these new pieces, some existing designs are only while supplies last to make room.
This shift allows us to focus on what Aurora Creations does best: unique artwork and handmade creations inspired by the North.
